About

Hi there!

My name is Maria, here’s a quick little about me.

I grew up in Ohio, where my love for most everything, first began. Despite living in the city, I was deeply passionate about horses (crazy horse girl), and agriculture. I studied pre-veterinary science at The Ohio State University and graduated with my bachelors in 2023. But for as long as I can remember, there has always been a horse in my life and a camera in my hand.

Whether it was the old flip phone I tore around with as a kid on a mission, or my now upgraded Canon. I’ve always been drawn to finding beauty in simple, everyday moments, you know, the kind that often go unnoticed because life is constantly on the go.

My journey has taken me from studying science and working in veterinary hospitals, to guiding people on horseback through the mountains of Wyoming, to owning, and training my own colts, and building my own business. With of course, many side quests in between…Target employee, loper, server at Olive Garden, groom for hunter jumper barns, radio sales… yeah you get the point.

I love hiking and exploring new places. I’ve been to 40 of the 50 states, 32 of the 63 national parks, and 12 countries. Some of my best memories were made hiking through grizzly country with people I had just met—who are now some of my closest friends. I’ve gone skydiving, skiing, fly fishing, and even learned to weld for the heck of it. One of my proudest achievements was getting my advanced scuba diver certification with my fiancé in Thailand. Allowing us to dive deep below the surface at 100ft below sea level. Diving immersed me into a world beyond imagination.

Somewhere along the busy road, I never stopped capturing the quiet, authentic connections between people, animals, the land, and the simple things that tie us all together. What I have learned from my travels and vastly different life experiences, is it’s truly all about living in the present and in the now, together.

I have worked to create a brand where you can find that “now” feeling. Where when we’re all busy chasing— you can sit back and find the stillness, the freedom, and the quiet beauty. Even if it is just from a picture. The ones that remind us why we fall in love, why the little things are so much bigger. Hopefully, through that single picture encapsulating that imperfectly perfect moment- with the perfect pet, or perfect friend, or perfect scene.

Here you’ll find all of my passions woven into one place: photography services and prints, custom designed longhorn skulls, paintings, and equine marketing services.

If you are still here, thanks for reading through my little about me. I cannot wait to work with you all and bring your visions to life! May you always drink good coffee, and ride good horses.
